That’s a great update! I hope that your foot is doing better. I’m sure the increased blood flow from the cold water will help that to heal, too. I will be excited to see how you merge Successful Garden Design into beautiful indoor gardens for us. I took your garden design class and recommend you to everyone I meet. However, this winter, I too have been a Viking and built an area of grow shelves that I hope to have success with growing food. Between you and Nate I am doing more projects and experiments of my own. Thanks for all of your inspiration and what you share.
Thanks, Arlynn :o)
Yes, foot all healed now. Wonderful you’ve got on board with the Viking way of doing things as well and you’re experimenting too – Nate will be pleased!
I’ve lots more experiments coming up soon…
Thanks Rachel for the interesting video. My friends and I were talking about cold water methods just the other day and the way you explained what happens and it’s benefits was excellent and so easy to understand. We have our swimming pool which is very cold so I’m going to try it in there
Hi Gill,
That’s wonderful you can do this in a pool. It’s so much easier when you can move around! I used to swim in the sea when I lived in southern Spain in the winter months (on the warmer days) and it was definitely easier than what I’m doing now.
Good luck and keep us posted with how you get on!
