There’s nothing more magnificent than large upright flowers like these…
They make a statement, and more importantly, bring clarity to any planting border.
The blue Delphiniums mixed with foxgloves and grasses is a stunning combination.
Look how effective the lovely upright Foxglove flowers are in the garden below – they create structure within the planting scheme…

The planting scheme above is perfectly lovely without the tall foxgloves because of the way the foliage shape and textures have been combined. The flowers are the icing on the cake!
A good planting scheme doesn’t rely on just flowers so always make sure the underlying structure is good and think of the flowers as the finishing touch.

Hi, just back from the Chelsea flower show and there was lots and lots of the exact same colour delphiniums and foxglove, absolutely stunning and so dramatic, once again you are on point Rachael 👏👏
